Because personalized products are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for traditional returns or exchanges. However, every personalized order is protected by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

 

You’ll review your custom artwork before ordering, so please confirm all names, spelling, colors, products, and other details carefully.

 

If your finished item arrives damaged, defective, or does not feel right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, remake, store credit, refund, or another appropriate solution.

 

Eligible non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
