Privacy Policy Addendum — Text Messaging Program

This section describes how The Paw Print (CAYKO LLC) collects, uses, and shares information related to our Text Program for recipients in Canada and elsewhere.

What We Collect. When you opt in or interact with the Text Program, we collect:

Identifiers: mobile phone number, email (if provided), name/pet name (if provided).
Consent Records: the exact consent language presented, checkbox state, time/date of consent, IP address, device/browser metadata, page/flow where consent occurred, and any double‑opt‑in confirmations.
Messaging Metadata: message logs (timestamps, routing data, delivery status, carrier responses), keyword interactions (e.g., STOP/ARRET, HELP/AIDE, INFO), and engagement signals (e.g., link clicks) when available.

How We Use Data.

To send commercial electronic messages (CEMs) and program updates you requested.
To provide customer support and respond to HELP/AIDE/INFO requests.
To honor STOP/ARRET requests and maintain opt‑in/opt‑out records for compliance.
To monitor program performance, prevent abuse, and comply with laws and carrier policies.

Legal Basis (Canada). We send CEMs only with your consent (express consent under CASL). You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP/ARRET or contacting us at support@thepawprint.store; we will process the unsubscribe within 10 business days. Unsubscribe mechanisms remain functional for at least 60 days after each message is sent.

Sharing. We share limited data with:

Messaging service providers and carriers who route and deliver messages and manage compliance (e.g., 10DLC/toll‑free/short‑code registries, anti‑spam/abuse systems).
Service providers (processors) that host our sites, store logs, provide analytics, or assist with customer support. These parties are contractually bound to use the data only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information. We do not allow our providers to use Text Program data for their own marketing.
No Third-Party Marketing Use of SMS Data. SMS opt-in data, including mobile phone numbers, consent records, and messaging metadata, will never be shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties for their own marketing, promotional, advertising, or data-monetization purposes. This information is used solely to operate and support The Paw Print’s Text Program, comply with applicable laws, and meet carrier requirements.

Cross‑Border Transfers. We may store and process data in the United States and other countries. These locations may have different data‑protection rules than your home jurisdiction. We implement safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Retention. We keep consent and messaging records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to demonstrate compliance and handle disputes (generally up to 36 months after your last message, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for legal reasons). When records are no longer needed, we delete or de‑identify them.

Your Choices & Rights.

Unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP/ARRET.
Access/Correction: contact us to access, update, or correct your information.
Withdrawal of Consent: you can withdraw at any time; we’ll honor within 10 business days.

Children’s Data. The Text Program is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of consent in your province). We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided a number, contact us to remove it.

Security. We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to its sensitivity.

I absolutely love this amazing calendar it's so beautiful and I love how much work has been put into this calendar! I think you should give each participant a FREE calendar or a bonus. These calenders are a little bit pricey but honestly something great. Come on and warm the heart's of all the participants and surprise them with a free calendar!! My cat Kajira was picked to be on the 2027

My cat Kajira was picked to be on the 2027 calendar for the month of April. So Amazing . Kajira is such a beautiful cat. She’s not just a cat she’s my soul creature. Everyone believes their cat is the best in the world and special . But anyone who comes in contact with her she leaves an impression on and compliment how beautiful and unique her personality is. She is a Maincoon mix . What makes Kajira so sprecial to me is before she was born I knew she was coming. Sounds crazy right but my sister is who I got her ftom her mama cat was pregnant and I had just lost a kitten identical to Kajira but was a boy. Someone where I lived poisoned him I woke up and he was no longer breathing laying next to me. I was devastated well when I found out my sister cat was pregnant I got an impression and something told me that in the litter if kittens that was coming there would be a split face kitten for me in the litter. Kajira is such a force to be reckoned with she’s absolutely stunning and is so sweet and loving . She’s had two litters of kittens and is such a great mommy and the kittens that she had all were the most beautiful kittens and unique looking kittens I’ve seen. Kajira will follow me wherever I go she walks with me like a dog. Seeing her get picked filled my heart with so much joy. I constantly am telling her how beautiful she is. She gives hugs like a person and when I talk to her the level of understanding she has in her eyes goes beyond this world she’s not just a cat . She was sent her for me by unseen forces and I’m blessed that I get to see her beautiful face everyday. Thank you so much for choosing her picture . While the calendar is real, the product is a scam to make you think your pet won, it’s really just a calendar with a picture of your cat and some other cats. Sorry, but your pet didn’t “win” anything. It’s a ploy to get you to buy something!!! Seriously, save your money and just make a calendar on canvas at this point!

I never thought my dogs would be put in a coloring book and then when I got the text and email today saying that they got into the coloring book, my heart just burst it out with love because my dogs are my babies and seen them in a coloring book is just everything to me.

Bad puzzle

We got a puzzle of our Dog Star, and it's so low quality,got some where the pieces pealed apart we glued so manny pieces back together but more and more are coming off and hard to figure out what pieces go where. Not worth the price... NOT HAPPY

I paid for two tumblers with my debit card it was near a patriotic holiday. I believe it was in May. I can check my bank if I need too. I have never received them.
