1. Acceptance of Terms:

By using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from accessing our site.

2. Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of "The Paw Print" and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct:

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

4. User Submissions

By submitting any content to us—including photos/images of your pet and any related text (collectively, “Submissions”)—you grant The Paw Print a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, and otherwise use the Submissions to provide and promote our services and products (for example, featuring your pet in our products). You acknowledge that you are not entitled to any compensation, revenue, or profit sharing from products that incorporate your Submissions. Accepted submissions are not entitled to free products, payment, prizes, or rewards.

AI prompts. You also agree that we may use your Submissions (e.g., your uploaded photos) as inputs (“prompts”) to generative AI tools and services we operate or engage (e.g., third-party vendors) to process, enhance, or generate artwork, mockups, or other derivative outputs for your order or for our service operations and quality assurance.

No model training without consent. We do not use your Submissions to train AI models unless you provide separate, explicit permission. When we use third-party AI vendors, we contractually request configurations that prevent training on your Submissions where available.

Privacy & safety. We strive to minimize personal data in prompts and apply reasonable safeguards. Our handling of personal information follows our Privacy Policy.

Opt-out (prospective). You may opt out of our using your future Submissions in AI prompts by contacting support@thepawprint.store before placing your next custom order; opting out may limit certain customization features.

Your responsibilities. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the Submissions and that their use (including via AI tools) will not infringe any third-party rights, and that you have obtained consent from anyone depicted (or from a parent/guardian for minors). You agree not to upload content that is unlawful or that you lack permission to use.

Retention & removal. We may retain Submissions and related AI outputs for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, for recordkeeping, and to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your Submissions by contacting support@thepawprint.store; we will honor requests subject to legal/operational limits and backups.

5. Privacy:

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability:

"The Paw Print" is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services.

7. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms of Use.

8. Changes to Terms:

"The Paw Print" reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms (“Text Program”)

Sponsor/Operator: The Paw Print (CAYKO LLC), 539 W Commerce St #4482, Dallas, TX 75208 USA ("The Paw Print", "we", "us").

Program Description. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages about The Paw Print’s products and offers (including products featuring your pet), reminders, and program updates. Messages may be sent via automated technology from our messaging number(s) (e.g., 10DLC, toll‑free, or short code), including 81587 or (844) 623-3563.

Consent Not a Condition. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt‑In. You may opt in by entering your mobile number on our web form and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box (not pre‑checked). In some cases, we may ask you to confirm by replying YES / OUI to a confirmation text (double opt‑in).

Message Frequency. Up to 2–6 messages per month; actual frequency varies by interaction and campaign.

Costs. Message & data rates may apply.

Opt‑Out. Reply STOP (English) or ARRET (French) to any message to cancel. After you send STOP/ARRET, you may receive one additional message to confirm you are opted out. You may also request removal by contacting us at support@thepawprint.store. For Canadian recipients, we process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days and ensure unsubscribe mechanisms remain functional for at least 60 days after the message is sent.

Help. Reply HELP (English) or AIDE (French) for assistance, or contact support@thepawprint.store.

INFO Keyword (Canada). Reply INFO at any time to receive our sender identification and support contact details.

Eligibility. You must be the mobile account holder or have the account holder’s permission and be 18+ (or the age of majority in your province/state).

Delivery/Availability. Message delivery may be delayed or not received if your mobile device is not in range, lacks connectivity, or if your carrier blocks or filters messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier and device.

Privacy. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. See the “Text Messaging Program” section below for details specific to SMS.

Changes to the Program. We may modify or terminate the Text Program at any time. If we change material terms, we will update this page and may send a notice.
