Personalized Products
Because personalized products are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for traditional returns or exchanges. However, every personalized order is protected by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Before placing your order, you will have an opportunity to review the artwork created for you. Please review the artwork, spelling, names, colors, product selections, and other personalized details carefully before completing your purchase.
Once your item arrives, we want you to be happy with the finished product. If there is an issue with the physical item—including damage during shipping, a manufacturing defect, a quality concern, or something about the finished product that does not feel right—please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We use high-quality materials and careful manufacturing processes, and we will always take the opportunity to review your concern and make things right. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, remake, store credit, refund, or another solution agreed upon by our customer service team.
To report an issue with a personalized product, contact us at support@thepawprint.store and include your order information, a description of the concern, and photographs of the item when applicable.
Returns for Non-Personalized Products
For eligible non-personalized products, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with any original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send the package. Items returned without first receiving authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, has a manufacturing or quality issue, or if you receive the wrong item.
Please include your order information and clear photographs showing the issue so that we can evaluate the concern and make it right.
Concerns must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges
Personalized products cannot be exchanged through the traditional exchange process. Please contact us if there is a problem with your personalized item so that we can determine the appropriate resolution under our satisfaction guarantee.
For eligible non-personalized products, the fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
For eligible non-personalized returns, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item. We will then let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Refunds or other resolutions involving personalized products will be determined after our customer service team reviews the circumstances of the request.
